Wicket Bags for Fast Packing Lines
A wicket bag only has one job: open cleanly, every time, at the speed of your packing line. That comes down to the lip, the wicket holes and the film – if any of them is off, operators slow down or the machine jams.
We make wicket bags for bakeries, frozen food and produce packers, mostly to the customer’s own spec. Tell us the bag size, what goes in it and how it’s filled (by hand or by machine), and we’ll set up the lip and hole spacing to match.

How ordering works
- Tell us the size, gusset, lip, wicket spacing, thickness and print. If you’re not sure, send a sample or a photo.
- Get a free sample from stock, or a custom sample made to your spec.
- Approve the sample. Lead time starts from this date: 4–6 weeks for a first order, 3–4 weeks for a repeat.
- We send production photos while your order is running.
- Inspect before loading. You or a third-party inspector can check the goods before the container is loaded.
Quality control. Our plants work to Japan’s JIS standard and ISO 9001 quality management. Every pack carries a lot number, so if anything is ever wrong, you send us a photo of the lot number and we can trace it back to the exact production run.
Printed bags. Reorder within 2 years and you don’t pay the printing plate fee again.
