Industrial Film & Poly Bags
Industrial film and poly bags protect goods in warehouses, on pallets, on building sites and on farms. Hanpak Vietnam makes them for packaging distributors, logistics companies, hardware retailers and manufacturers, with capacity of about 2,000 tons a month for stretch film and poly sheeting.
- Stretch film – hand and machine pallet wrap, 50–200 gauge, 18 and 20 in or 500 mm wide, clear or black.
- Pallet covers – gusseted covers on a roll, pallet bags and top sheets, sized for 48 x 40, 48 x 48 and Euro pallets, with UV stabilizer for outdoor storage.
- Poly sheeting – folded rolls such as 10 x 100 ft and 20 x 100 ft in 4 and 6 mil, for construction, painting and farm use.
- Lay flat poly tubing – cut and seal any bag length on site, in any width.
- Poly flat bags and Kikakutai bags – open-top bags for parts, food and retail packing, including Japanese standard size numbers.
- Agricultural film – mulch and greenhouse film with UV stabilizer set to your season length.
Pallet wrap or pallet cover? In the US, “pallet wrap” means stretch film, which holds the load together. A pallet cover keeps dust and water off. Many warehouses use both: a top sheet first, then stretch film around the sides.
US buyers order by gauge, mil and inch; European buyers by micron and millimetre. Tell us either and we will match it. Our plants work to Japan’s JIS standard and ISO 9001, and every pack carries a lot number for traceability. Request a quote.
How ordering works: send us your spec, a photo or one bag you use now. We send a free sample to approve, then production takes 4–6 weeks for a first order and 3–4 weeks for repeat orders, with photos from the line before the container is loaded.
