Flush Core Hand Stretch Film
On a flush core roll, the core is cut to the same width as the film, so nothing sticks out at the ends. This is the standard hand roll for warehouses that wrap with a hand dispenser: the dispenser slides into the core, and the brake on the handle lets your staff pull the film tight without burning their hands.
Because the core doesn’t stick out, flush core rolls stack tighter in the carton and on the pallet. If your buyers wrap with bare hands and no dispenser, look at extended core film instead.

Where they’re used
- Pallet wrapping by hand in warehouses and distribution centers
- Docks that wrap too few pallets a day to justify a machine
- Re-wrapping and topping up machine-wrapped pallets
- Export and container loads
- Private label for packaging distributors and janitorial-supply wholesalers
Which gauge?
80 gauge is the all-round choice for mixed cartons. 60–70 gauge covers light, even boxes and costs less per roll. Go to 90 gauge for heavy loads or sharp corners. Tell us your loads and how many pallets a day you wrap, and we will suggest the lightest gauge that still holds. Our stretch film size guide has the full gauge-to-micron table.
How ordering works
- Tell us the width, gauge, length, core diameter and color. If you’re not sure, send a photo of the roll and its label.
- Get a free sample from stock, or a custom sample made to your spec.
- Approve the sample. Lead time starts from this date: 4–6 weeks for a first order, 3–4 weeks for a repeat.
- We send production photos while your order is running.
- Inspect before loading. You or a third-party inspector can check the goods before the container is loaded.
Quality control. Our plants work to Japan’s JIS standard and ISO 9001 quality management. Every pack carries a lot number, so if anything is ever wrong, you send us a photo of the lot number and we can trace it back to the exact production run.
Private label. We pack your rolls in your own carton design, with your item codes, barcode labels and shipping marks.
FAQ
What is the difference between flush core and extended core?
On a flush core roll the core ends level with the film. On an extended core roll the core runs a few inches past each end so you can hold it as a handle. Flush core is for dispensers; extended core is for wrapping without one.
Will your rolls fit my dispenser?
Most US hand dispensers take a 3 in core, and many European ones a 50 mm (2 in) core. Tell us the core diameter your dispenser takes and we will match it.
Can you match the film I use now?
Yes. Send a sample roll or the label and we will match width, gauge, length and core.
Do you make metric sizes for Europe?
Yes. We make 450 and 500 mm rolls in micron thicknesses on 50 mm cores, to the length you sell.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the size and packing. Send us your spec and we will quote.
