Disposable PE Aprons and Sleeve Covers
Disposable polyethylene aprons keep clothes clean and food safe in kitchens, food plants and clinics. Staff put one on at the start of a task and throw it away after. Foodservice distributors and janitorial-supply wholesalers buy them alongside disposable gloves, so they fit naturally with our HDPE gloves and CPE gloves.
We make aprons with a neck loop and long waist ties, flat-packed in boxes or on a perforated roll for wall dispensers, plus sleeve covers with elastic at both ends.

How ordering works
- Tell us the size, thickness, color and print. If you’re not sure, send a sample or a photo.
- Get a free sample from stock, or a custom sample made to your spec.
- Approve the sample. Lead time starts from this date: 4–6 weeks for a first order, 3–4 weeks for a repeat.
- We send production photos while your order is running.
- Inspect before loading. You or a third-party inspector can check the goods before the container is loaded.
Quality control. Our plants work to Japan’s JIS standard and ISO 9001 quality management. Every pack carries a lot number, so if anything is ever wrong, you send us a photo of the lot number and we can trace it back to the exact production run.
Private label. We print your brand on the product, pack it in your own box or carton design, and add your item codes, barcode labels and shipping marks. Reorder within 2 years and you don’t pay the printing plate fee again.

28 x 46 in is the US standard. It covers the chest to below the knee on most adults.
How thick should a poly apron be?
1 mil for short tasks in kitchens, 1.5–2 mil for wet work and food processing.
Why blue aprons in food plants?
Blue is not a food color, so a torn piece is easy to spot on the line.
