Returns made easy: a second strip of adhesive under the first lets your customer send the same mailer back. Ask for “dual tape” or “reusable tape” on your quote.
Poly Mailers for E-commerce and Courier Shipping
Poly mailers are the lightest way to ship clothing, soft goods and documents. Our mailers are co-extruded: an opaque inner layer hides what is inside, and a white or colored outer layer takes your print. The flap closes with a permanent tape that shows if anyone opens it, or a reusable tape when you want to make returns easy.
The two things buyers ask us about most are thickness and seal strength. A mailer that is too thin will puncture on a sorting belt; one that is too thick just costs more postage. Tell us what you ship and how, and we will suggest a gauge that holds without wasting film.

How ordering works
- Tell us the size, thickness, color and print. If you’re not sure, send a sample or a photo.
- Get a free sample from stock, or a custom sample made to your spec.
- Approve the sample. Lead time starts from this date: 4–6 weeks for a first order, 3–4 weeks for a repeat.
- We send production photos while your order is running.
- Inspect before loading. You or a third-party inspector can check the goods before the container is loaded.
Quality control. Our plants work to Japan’s JIS standard and ISO 9001 quality management. Every pack carries a lot number, so if anything is ever wrong, you send us a photo of the lot number and we can trace it back to the exact production run.
Printed bags. Reorder within 2 years and you don’t pay the printing plate fee again.
FAQ
What thickness should I choose?
Most US and European online shops use 2–2.5 mil (50–60 µm). For sharp or heavy items, go thicker; for light T-shirts, a thinner gauge works fine.
Can I get a mailer with a return strip?
Yes. We add a second adhesive strip so the customer can reseal the same bag to send it back.
Can you print our logo?
Yes, custom print on the outside layer. Send us your artwork and we will confirm what is possible.
Do you make recycled-content mailers?
Yes. Tell us the recycled content you need (for example to meet the UK Plastic Packaging Tax 30% threshold) and we will quote it.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on size and print. Send your spec and we will quote.
