Yes, we produce Biodegradable bags very well with competitive prices. Currently, we are supplying plastic bags with EPI, D2W, Braskem additives.
Yes, we can. We can print up to eight colors. We print using gravure printing technology, which means that there are printing plates involved in the process. Printing plates cost depends on size and type of bag you need.
Yes, you need new plates for every individual item that has a design change. That being said, if you have items that share similar design characteristics and sizes, you may be able to use the same plate on two different items. Consult with your custom packaging expert to identify the exact number of plates you will need.
We do keep plates for up to two years, depending on what production facility is used. After that time has expired, we require new plates.
We offer many different materials for bags. Really, we can do almost any standard packaging material. Here is a list of our most common materials for bags: LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, MDPE, PP, Bio additives.

Polyethylene (PE) is a material that is a little bit softer and pliable. You can stretch it a little bit more. It’s usually a little bit less expensive and is for general use. Polypropylene (PP) bags are higher clarity bags. They do not stretch as easily as polyethylene does. They’re typically used for sharper objects or candies, where presentation is more important. PE bags are generally used for bulk packaging.

Minimums and lead times all depend on the product that you want to customize. The product type, size, material, printed/non-printed, quantity ordered, etc. would all play factors in minimums and lead times.
Unfortunately, no. We require a MOQ per sku/size/design.
Yes. The lead time will be exactly the same for custom reorders. That being said, it may feel quicker because lead time is measured from samples confirmation date. Also, you will not have to pay plate fees for printed bag again, if ordered within 2 years, so the overall cost of the items should be less than the first order.
After you confirm the contract and make the deposit, we will produce sample for you to check and approve. Then we produce your order in mass production with the approval quality. We also send you production picture in extrude, print, cut, pack and load. Before loading container, you can visit or ask the third party to inspect the goods
Our plant are following the JIS standard of Japan. There will be the lot number stick on each of package for quality tracking. If you find any detects in any items, you can take photo the lot number of the packages. After that, we can detect this mistake and improve it quickly

You may make payment via Western Union and Paypal for sample cost and Bank Transfer and Letter of credit for official orders. Please email us the screen shot of your payment for verification.
We accept Telegraphic transfer (TT) or Letter of Credit (L/C) for official orders. You are supposed to make a deposit payment in advance for us after two sides sign the proforma sales invoice, balance will be paid before shipment and receipt pictures of ready shipping goods. To ensure safety and fairness for both parties, you can consider about L/C payment without deposit.
We do not accept returns on custom items. That being said, we do stand by our quality and if there is a quality issue with your custom product that was caused by negligence on the part of Hanpak, then we will work with you to make it right.
