Stretch Film for Hand and Machine Pallet Wrapping
Stretch film, often called pallet wrap in the US, holds a pallet load together so it travels as one unit. We make hand rolls for warehouse staff and machine rolls for turntable and robot wrappers, in clear for scanning labels or black for privacy.
The number that matters is not the gauge on the box but how far the film stretches and how well it holds. Tell us how you wrap now (by hand or machine, which wrapper, how heavy the loads are) and we will suggest a gauge and blend that uses less film per pallet.

How ordering works
- Tell us the size, thickness, color and print. If you’re not sure, send a sample or a photo.

- Approve the sample. Lead time starts from this date: 4–6 weeks for a first order, 3–4 weeks for a repeat.
- We send production photos while your order is running.
- Inspect before loading. You or a third-party inspector can check the goods before the container is loaded.
Quality control. Our plants work to Japan’s JIS standard and ISO 9001 quality management. Every pack carries a lot number, so if anything is ever wrong, you send us a photo of the lot number and we can trace it back to the exact production run.

FAQ
Hand film or machine film?
Hand film comes on lighter rolls with a 2 or 3 in core for wrapping by hand. Machine film comes on heavier rolls with a 3 in core and is made to pre-stretch in your wrapper.
Which gauge do I need?
For light loads by hand, 60–70 gauge is common; for heavier or uneven loads, 80 gauge and up. Send us your load type and we will advise.
Can you match the film I use now?
Yes. Send a sample roll or the label and we will match width, gauge and core.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the grade and packing. Send us your spec and we will quote.
