Mattress Bags and Furniture Covers
Mattress bags keep a mattress clean and dry while it is moved, stored or delivered. Moving companies, truck rental chains, self-storage sites and mattress retailers buy them in volume, and many sell them under their own brand.
We make mattress bags by size, from twin to king, plus pillow-top sizes with a deeper gusset, and covers for sofas, chairs and box springs. Pair them with our mini stretch film and extended core stretch film for a full moving-supply range.

How ordering works
- Tell us the size, thickness, color and print. If you’re not sure, send a sample or a photo.
- Get a free sample from stock, or a custom sample made to your spec.
- Approve the sample. Lead time starts from this date: 4–6 weeks for a first order, 3–4 weeks for a repeat.
- We send production photos while your order is running.
- Inspect before loading. You or a third-party inspector can check the goods before the container is loaded.
Quality control. Our plants work to Japan’s JIS standard and ISO 9001 quality management. Every pack carries a lot number, so if anything is ever wrong, you send us a photo of the lot number and we can trace it back to the exact production run.
Private label. We print your brand on the product, pack it in your own box or carton design, and add your item codes, barcode labels and shipping marks. Reorder within 2 years and you don’t pay the printing plate fee again.

What size mattress bag do I need?
Pick the bag for your mattress size and check the depth: standard bags fit mattresses up to about 10 in thick, pillow-top bags up to 15 in or more.
How thick should a mattress bag be?
2–3 mil for moving. 4 mil for long storage or rough handling.
Can you print the size and our logo on the bag?
Yes. Most retail buyers print the size in big letters so staff can pick the right bag fast.
What is the minimum order?
