  1. Polyethylene resin pellets are poured into large hoppers.
  2. An extruder melts and presses the polyethylene.
  3. A die forms the polyethylene into a ring.
  4. The ring is then blown into a bubble.
  5. The bubble is collapsed into a flat tube.
  6. Rolls pull the film from the die.
  7. The tubes are divided into multiple webs.
  8. The tubes are reinflated into a bubble again.
  9. From the second bubble, bags are cut to size.
  10. Then the bottom of the bags is sealed & separated.
  11. Trash Bags are folded.
  12. They are then stacked and inserted into the packaging.
