This is an extremely important step that determines the success or failure of the whole process. Proceeding as follows, the PE granules, coloring granules are fed into the bag blower, then melted under controlled conditions of about 380 degrees F.

Then, extrusion is passed through a tube-shaped die of a bag blower, one end is fixed, and air is blown in to form a bubble. The process will last until the customer’s thickness and size requirements are met.

The blowing process will form the original shape of the plastic bag, this process takes place in the blower, the blown plastic films will form a 3m high bubble which is then cooled and run through the roll bar system. to fold the hips.

Steps to print plastic bags.
Next, the film roll will be passed through the plastic bag printer. At this time, depending on the approved design, the bag printing process will be handled by screen printing, flexographic printing or gravure printing.
