Make any bag length on site: cut the tube to length and heat-seal one end. Your team packs long, odd-shaped or changing products without stocking a dozen bag sizes.
Lay Flat Poly Tubing on Rolls
Lay flat tubing is a seamless tube of film wound flat on a roll. You cut it to the length you need and seal the ends, so one roll can replace many bag sizes. It is the usual choice for pipes, profiles, rods, rolled goods and parts that come in different lengths.
Tell us the lay-flat width, thickness and roll length that fit your sealer or bag-making line. We can also make it on cores to suit your dispenser, in clear for visibility or black and white for privacy and UV-sensitive goods.

How ordering works
- Tell us the size, thickness, color and print. If you’re not sure, send a sample or a photo.
- Get a free sample from stock, or a custom sample made to your spec.
- Approve the sample. Lead time starts from this date: 4–6 weeks for a first order, 3–4 weeks for a repeat.
- We send production photos while your order is running.
- Inspect before loading. You or a third-party inspector can check the goods before the container is loaded.
Quality control. Our plants work to Japan’s JIS standard and ISO 9001 quality management. Every pack carries a lot number, so if anything is ever wrong, you send us a photo of the lot number and we can trace it back to the exact production run.
Printed bags. Reorder within 2 years and you don’t pay the printing plate fee again.

What width should I order?
The lay-flat width is the flat tube width. For round items, a simple rule is: lay-flat width is about half the item’s circumference plus a little room to slide it in.
Can you supply on a specific core?
Yes. Tell us the core size your dispenser or machine uses.
Is it suitable for food?
We supply FDA-compliant food-contact grade film for food applications.
What is the minimum order?
