A bag factory that works to your spec
Hanpak Joint Stock Company makes polyethylene bags and films in Vietnam and has been exporting them for more than 20 years. Most of what we make goes to importers, distributors and private-label brands in the US, Europe, Japan and Korea, and our bags now ship to more than 50 countries.
We don't work from a fixed catalog. Buyers send us a bag they already sell, a size list or a drawing, and we make it to that spec: size, thickness, resin, color, print, count per pack and carton marking. Not sure what spec you need? Tell us what goes in the bag and we will suggest one.
What we make
- Trash bags & can liners – drawstring, star seal, C-fold and E-fold rolls, contractor bags
- Industrial film & poly bags – stretch film, pallet covers, poly sheeting, lay-flat tubing
- Grocery & retail bags – T-shirt, die cut, block-head and OPP bags
- Food service & packaging – produce rolls, wicket bags, zipper bags, ice bags, poly gloves
- Shipping & mailing bags – poly mailers with permanent or reusable tape, newspaper bags
- Reusable & eco bags – PP non-woven bags, soft loop bags, bio-based resin options
Capacity and standards
- About 5,000 tons a month across all lines, including 2,000 tons of stretch film and poly sheeting.
- Our plants work to Japan's JIS standard and ISO 9001.
- Bags for food contact are made from resin that complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1520.
- Every pack carries a lot number, so any carton can be traced back to its production run.
How an order runs
- Send us your spec, a photo or a sample bag.
- We quote and send a sample for you to approve.
- Production takes 4–6 weeks for a first order and 3–4 weeks for repeat orders.
- Before the container is loaded you get photos of the goods, and you are welcome to send your own inspector.
We quote FOB, CFR or CIF and take payment by T/T or L/C.
